Ultra-high pressure water blasting cleaning is a physical cleaning method. Compared with traditional manual, mechanical cleaning, chemical cleaning, biological cleaning and other cleaning methods, it has the following advantages:
1. The pressure and flow of water blasting can be adjusted conveniently, so it will not damage the substrate of object to be cleaned;
2. Ultra-high pressure water blasting will not cause secondary pollution. If there is no special requirement after cleaning, no cleaning treatment is required;
3. Wash objects with complex shapes and structures, and can perform cleaning operations in places with narrow spaces or harsh environments.
4. Different from chemical cleaning and biological cleaning, ultra-high pressure water blasting cleaning has no harmful substance discharge and environmental pollution;
5. Ultra-high pressure water blasting cleans quickly and thoroughly. For example, cleaning rate of heat exchanger is over 95%, and descaling rate of boiler is over 95%;
6. The cleaning cost is low, only about 1/3 of chemical cleaning, that is, ultra-high pressure water blasting cleaning belongs to fine jet and belongs to the energy-saving equipment;
7. Ultra-high pressure water sandblasting cleaning has no special requirements on equipment materials, characteristics, shapes, and types of dirt.
