Common faults and troubleshooting of hot water high pressure cleaner

　　During the use of high-pressure cleaners, failures are inevitable. When a problem occurs, the cause should be carefully searched according to different fault phenomena.

　　1) Water Spray gun does not spray water

　　a) Water inlet and water filter are blocked

　　b) Nozzle clogged

　　c) Heating coil is clogged, remove scale if necessary.

　　2) Unstable outlet water pressure

　　a) Insufficient water supply.

　　b) Air is sucked into pipeline due to pipeline rupture, detergent nozzle not inserted into detergent medium, etc.

　　c) Worn nozzles.

　　d) The seal of high-pressure water pump is leaking.

　　3) Burner does not ignite and burn

　　a) Insufficient air intake, white smoke.

　　b) Dirty and clogged fuel filter, fuel pump and fuel nozzle.

　　d) Solenoid valve is damaged.

　　e) Position of ignition electrode changes, and spark is too weak.

　　f) High voltage ignition coil is damaged.
