Since the material is metal rather than rubber, the smoothness of contact with barrel is particularly important. Since materials that need to be sprayed by industrial air cannon are mostly dust and particulate matter, they will counteract the material at the moment of impact of air cannon, resulting in a large amount of rising dust, which may enter the contact surface between the piston and barrel, thereby affecting the sealing performance of piston.   The matching degree of piston, spring and bearing, after working for a period of time, the elastic fatigue of spring will easily cause piston to not be in the concentric position with bearing, which will lead to unevenness of the circumference of piston and air leakage of equipment.

  The accumulation of debris and tiny particles in the air source pipeline of the equipment will also cause attachments between the piston and bearing, which will accumulate more and more over time, causing the problem of piston sticking. In this case, air source treatment parts should be used in the intake pipe to prevent debris from passing through the intake pipe and causing accumulation.
