The motor control system of high-pressure cleaning machine is a box-type protective structure. It is composed of autotransformer, AC contactor, time relay and other components, and it is an automatic control method.
When high pressure cleaning machine is working, its motor is decelerated to drive the oil shaft to rotate, then water enters water tank. After filtering, it enters booster chamber through water inlet check valve of high-pressure water pump. The plunger in the supercharging chamber is integrated with crankshaft connecting rod. When motor rotates, crankshaft connecting rod is driven to move, so that plunger reciprocates. Due to the function of one-way valve, low-pressure water is squeezed into high-pressure water in pressurized chamber, and is sent to the high-pressure pipeline through discharge one-way valve, sent to nozzle through foot switch, and then sprayed to cleaning surface at a high speed through the nozzle. When impact force of water jet is strong enough, the dirt on the surface to be cleaned can be removed.
