Analysis of test effect for industrial air cannon test platform

  After test platform is built and test software is debugged, test will be carried out. The tested waveform and data are saved to the computer, and the tested waveform can be recalled for analysis. The tested data is processed by test program, and the corresponding time point is added to each data, and saved in the table, which can be convenient to view the data of each point. The explosion parameters of industrial air cannons under different inflation pressures are shown in Table 1:

  It can be seen from test data that when inflation pressure is 0.4MPa, pressure starts to rise rapidly at 11ms, and reaches Max. value at 215ms. The maximum pressure measured by pressure transmitter is 0.256MPa, and the remaining energy is in the form of kinetic energy. Spraying around, the total explosion time of industrial air cannon is 226ms; when the inflation pressure is 0.5MPa, the pressure starts to rise rapidly at 19ms, and reaches maximum value at 326ms, and maximum pressure measured by pressure transmitter is 0.386MPa , the rest of cannon’s energy is ejected to the surroundings in the form of kinetic energy, and total explosion time of air cannon is 345ms; when inflation pressure is 0.6MPa, pressure rises at 6ms and reaches the maximum at 303ms, and the pressure measured by pressure transmitter The maximum pressure is 0.448MPa, and remaining energy is ejected to the surroundings in the form of kinetic energy. The total explosion time of air cannon is 319ms; when inflation pressure is 0.7MPa, the pressure rises at 14ms and reaches the Max. at 203ms. The maximum pressure measured by transmitter is 0.546MPa, and the rest of energy is sprayed out in the form of kinetic energy. The total explosion time of the air cannon is 218ms.

  According to the data, if inflation pressure of industrial air cannon is too high or too low, it will affect the blasting time of air cannons, thereby affecting their declogging effect of air cannon. The pressure sensing surface of transmitter is 50mm away from nozzle of air cannon, and it is fixed on the fixed plate. The fixed plate is equivalent to a baffle. When high-speed gas burst from air cannon rushes to the baffle, the speed becomes 0, and kinetic energy of air is transformed into is the pressure energy, and high frequency pressure transmitter measures the standing pressure.
