TZD-1 series solar ignition device for liquid-gas separator is an environment-friendly blowing torch specially produced by Sinpo. It is suitable for ignition in various places beyond the reach of workers, in the air and in burning places of toxic gases, especially for oil production (gas ) Station gathering and transportation pipeline gas or oil, natural gas, drilling operation overflow, and the natural gas separated by liquid-gas separator during the killing operation is implemented for remote ignition, eliminating the unsafe factors of manual ignition. Installation steps:
1. The installation of anti-tempering device is shown in the figure. Its installation location is 6 to 10 meters away from the outlet of discharge pipeline, and the connection method is a standard flange (8 inches).
2. Make a hole in the discharge pipeline, then insert the downpipe at the end of ignition gun into the discharge pipeline to guide downhole gas into ignition gun.
3. Fix the ignition gun assembly on discharge pipeline to ensure that combustion port of ignition gun assembly is flush with the outlet of discharge pipeline.
4. Place the solar igniter in a non-riot-proof area far away from discharge pipeline, and align its solar panel with the direction of sun to ensure sufficient energy of solar battery.
5. Connect the grounding wire to discharge pipeline, then connect the high-voltage wire to the center electrode of ignition head assembly. Note that outer skin of high-voltage wire should be fully insulated and held up with a porcelain bottle.
Steps for usage:
1. After the first installation, turn on power switch of solar igniter. After 30 seconds, you should hear a short high-voltage discharge sound inside the ignition head. It has been confirmed that ignition device is in good condition.
2. Turn off the power of ignition device for use.
3. During the drilling process, if there may be gas overflow in downhole, just turn on the power switch.
4. The power of pulse generator is always on during use to prevent the ignited gas from going out naturally.
