The device is mainly composed of DN200 (or DN150) gas burner (torch), GDH-2 type electronic igniter, ignition device (liquefied gas tank, hose, etc.), drilling fluid gas separator (matching when used in drilling fluid engineering), etc. It consists of several parts. It can be used to ignite and incinerate the vented combustible and harmful gas to eliminate its harm to the environment and safety. It is a kind of safety and environmental protection equipment.

The ignition device for YPD-20/3 series liquid-gas separator is an environmentally friendly venting torch exclusively produced by our company. It is suitable for ignition in various places that are beyond the reach of human beings, in the air and in burning places of toxic gases, especially for oil extraction ( Gas) station gathering and transportation pipeline gas or oil, natural gas, drilling operations to deal with overflow, and natural gas separated by liquid-gas separator during well killing operations to carry out remote ignition, eliminating unsafe factors of manual ignition. Avoid the possible explosion when weather is mixed with air and the harm to human body and equipment caused by gas containing H2S.

2. Ignition preparation

a. Connect the high-voltage cable between the "ignition output" of the control box and the ignition rod.

b. Turn on the main power switch of the inverter box in the control box.

3. Ignition

Press the "ignition" button on the remote control (or the "ignition" button in the control box) and release it after the gas in the pilot tube is ignited.

4. Charging

Turn on the main switch of power supply, ignition device is in the state of "ignition preparation" for a long time, and charge it once a week;

Turn off the main power switch of the ignition device and charge it once every two months if it is not used for a long time; battery should maintain sufficient voltage for a long time. When charging, insert the connector plug at one end of the cable reel into the "charging" socket of the electrical control box, and insert the single-phase plug at the other end into the AC 220-volt power socket. After the battery is fully charged, it will automatically switch to the "float charge" state.
