Working principle:
Compressed air enters air motor through ball valve and pneumatic unit triple, then high-pressure air pushes blades of air motor to drive output shaft of air motor to rotate. After air motor is started, high-pressure plunger pump starts to work, and water enters high-pressure pump through filter screen. Under the action of pump piston, high-pressure water is generated, which passes through the high-pressure hose and is sprayed out by the high-pressure water gun for cleaning.
The spray gun of cleaning machine is designed as a pistol or a long gun. You can hold spray gun with one or both hands. Press the trigger of spray gun to open high-pressure valve, and high-pressure water can be sprayed out from spray gun to start cleaning. When index finger releases the trigger, high-pressure valve is closed, high-pressure water stops spraying, and the cleaning work stops. The range of high-pressure water can be realized by adjusting water pressure and adjusting "adjustment sleeve" of the spray gun.
When long-distance cleaning is required, you can rotate adjustment sleeve on spray gun to move it forward, and water flow will form a beam, then shooting range will increase. The outlet pressure of water pump can be adjusted. When performing close-distance cleaning, adjusting sleeve on spray gun can be rotated backward, so that high-pressure water flows through the spiral groove, forming a diffuse mist sprayed from nozzle, water injection speed decreases, and coverage area increases.
