Generally, when cleaning the tube side (inside the tube hole) of heat exchanger, the method of cleaning with a flexible spray gun (hose + self-injection nozzle) is often used. For cleaning of most heat exchanger tubes, this method is very convenient, flexible and efficient. However, for a small number of heat exchangers with serious blockage (complete blockage, medium hardness), it will be very difficult to use this method.
Heat Exchanger which is Seriously blocked-A
In this case, if you use a flexible spray nozzle, a pressure of 70-100MPa, a flow rate of 35L/min, and three nozzles in the front and six in the rear, it usually takes 3-8 minutes to clean one of six-meter-long pipe holes. Such a cleaning method is not a reasonable choice, its cleaning speed is too slow, and labor intensity is relatively large.
Heat Exchanger which is Seriously blocked-B
This is to use a rigid spray nozzle (stainless steel tube + all nozzles with 5-7 holes forward), a pressure of 70-100MPa, and a flow rate of 35-70L/min. Generally, it only takes 05~1 minutes to clear one. There is no need to change pumps, increase pressure, or replace special nozzles. Its cleaning speed is greatly improved, labor intensity is greatly reduced, and morale of operating staff is boosted.
If you encounter this kind of situation, you can try it, its effect is very different, and you will be pleasantly surprised.
